A2 – 3mm White Foamboard (30 Sheets)

There was a mix up with their courier which meant I didn't receive the order next day as booked so they went out of their way to drive the order to me themselves the following day so I could fulfil orders on time. I really appreciate the customer service on this order.

The online ordering system was simple to use and the order was processed very quickly. The follow up communication was excellent. I received order conformation and the dispatch information almost by return. I ordered the material on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on the Monday. The carrier continued the good communication theme confirming the day of delivery. On the day of delivery I received an email specifying a time window of one hour in which the package would be delivered and this was achieved. The foam board met my expectations in every respect and being well packed there was no damage to the material, particularly to the corners. I ordered on-line, but I think I made a mistake because they took the trouble to ring the same day to say the order had not completed correctly. So we did the order again by phone. I could have had the boards the next day but as I would be out, I chose the following day. They arrived on time and in excellent condition. No bent corners which is a problem with thin foamboard. Very pleased, and mostly all used already. I chose them because they had the best price on the net, but I could equally have chosen them for their excellent service.
